Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Parametra’s KPI tracking platform, websites, and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

Parametra provides tools for incubators and founders to collect, track, and visualize key performance indicators. We may update, change, or discontinue features of the Service from time to time.

Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Access data you are not authorized to access, or attempt to breach the Service’s security.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

Your content

You retain all rights to the data and content you submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit Customer Data and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Parametra and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.

Fees

If your use of the Service is subject to fees, those fees and the applicable billing terms will be presented to you before you incur them. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

Confidentiality

Each party may have access to the other’s confidential information and agrees to protect it and use it only as necessary to perform under these Terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data or analysis it produces will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parametra will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though certain provisions survive by their nature.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Parametra is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
